Shortly before I left Brooklyn to move to Berlin, a few friends of mine I met here last year decided to visit. We did all the things you do when people come to New York for the first time - Staten Island ferry, Central Park, Coney Island, Harlem, Brooklyn waterfront etc. It was a good way for me to say a little goodbye to the place I'd called home for so long. A good "see you later" to all the places I'd taken for granted and become accustomed to having in my backyard. I'll post more of these images as time goes on but here's a late "Happy Birthday America" and an on time "Happy Birthday Jonas."
